In case of any confusion in selecting respective editor, authors may send their manuscript through e-mail to Executive Editor, Prof. M. S. Singh, on mssingh@bhu.ac.in. Please don't send your manuscript to more than one editor at a time, otherwise it will be rejected.
A cover letter must accompany every manuscript submission. The cover letter should include a brief paragraph pointing out the significance of the reported work.
Contributors must mention the following information in the cover letter:
1. Broad Research Domain (Earth Sciences/Life Sciences/Physical Sciences)
2. Research Domain (for example: Biochemistry, Bio-Technology, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geography, Geology, Geophysics, Mathematics, Molecular and Human Genetics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, and Other branches of science)
3. Research Sub-domain/Specialization
4. Name of the JSR-BHU Editor of your Research Domain
5. Name, Affiliation, and Email address of at least 3 Reviewers of your Research Domain
6. It is instructed that research scholars should submit their manuscript through their supervisor/guide.
Authors should carefully read and follow the instructions given on “Author guidelines” and "Publication Policies" pages before preparing and submitting their article. Failure to adhere to the authors’ guidelines can result in delayed processing of your submission, rejection without review, or errors in your published article. Following the authors’ guidelines will help streamline your article’s process through submission and peer review.
Manuscripts should be submitted in JSR-BHU Paper Format that can be downloaded from the Downloads Section of the website. Articles should be thoroughly checked and proofread before submission, after the submission you are unable to make any changes to it during the reviewing process—although if accepted, you will have a chance to make minor revisions after reviewing and before the final submission of your article. Article submissions must contain no more than 10% of similarity index and published work must be acknowledged and cited in the article.
Authors are encouraged to suggest the names of reviewers but it is not necessary that their papers will be sent to their suggested reviewers. All authors' affiliation and email address should be provided for speedy communications. At least one author must be mentioned as Corresponding Author.
